August 12th, Colorado Horse Park 1-Day HT

It was the largest contigent from PSEC so far this year. The day shook out like this:

Jake Ciafone & Pride in only their second event at Training level had a bit of trouble in the dressage phase but came back strong to finish 9th.

Janet Gordon & Besty were stars in the Novice division finishing 1^st on their dressage score of 25.20.

Kala Robbins & Carlos finished on their dressage score and placed 5^th in the Novice division.

Grace Simpson & Po had a good dressage test and a clean-and-clear cross-country but had some rails in s/j to finish 10^th in the Novice division.

Emma Ciafone & Gabe did a fine job to finish 5^th in the Beginner Novice division.

Nancy Rush-Isbell and Porche also made a good showing in the Beginner Novice division to finish 8^th.

Madeline Backus & Missy, after a good dressage & cross-country, had a few problems in s/j but still finished 9^th in the Beginner Novice division.
