September 8th PSEC RMDS-recognized Dressage Show
PSEC had a very nice RMDS-recognized show on September 8th thanks to great officials and volunteers, enthusiastic competitors and beautiful weather. 1st/2nd level Champion was Madeline Backus riding P.S. Sir Galahad with a score of 71.4%; Reserve Champion went to Elizabeth Allshouse riding Alexandria DA with a score of 67.9%. Training level Champion was Brooke Bolen riding Midnight Oil with a 74.8%, and Susan Borders riding Clearly Slammin’ was Reserve Champion with a 69.1%. The Intro Champion went to Melinda Hofmeister riding Ashes West with a 71.9%, and Emily Robbins riding Loki was Reserve Champion with a 70.%. Madeline Backus won the DSE class with Rachel Clark taking 2nd.
Pinnacle Horsewares and IsAgenix had booths with their products displayed for purchase, and knowledgeable representatives were here to assist and answer questions.
PSEC strives to provide a relaxed yet well-run show where everyone goes home feeling that their experience was a positive one. I think that goal was achieved and look forward to next year. Good luck to everyone at the RMDS Championships.
